We played at the Fire On The Strings Festival last weekend in Conroe, Texas and had a great time. The headliner bands were Blue Highway and Cadillac Sky. Great bands! And the Bay Area Bluegrass Association did a great job in putting the festival together, and Havens Landing RV Resort is a good place for it. We played on Thursday and Friday, so the rest of the weekend we had open for visiting and jamming. Since the festival ended on Saturday, we put out the word that we would be doing a Sunday morning gospel service at our camp. We had more than 50 people show up for it. We played, prayed, and listened to the Word. Ron brought a brief message from Philippians 4:8 -- "...whatever is true, whatever is right, whatever is pure, whatever is lovely, whatever is of good repute, if there is any excellence and if anything is worthy of praise, let your mind dwell on these things."
