Glen Beaubouef

The founder of White Dove, Glen's musical background ranges from rock & roll to country to bluegrass gospel. Aside from his mentor, Wiley Bardull, Glen's greatest musical influence were the heart-felt tunes of Luke the Drifter, better known as Hank Williams. Glen's leadership of White Dove has provided the group with a consistent sound, even as members changed. His forceful rhythm guitar work undergirds the vocals and lead instrumentals, and drives the high-energy sound that White Dove is known for. Glen sings lead and harmony vocals, and plays the mandolin, guitar and occasionally the dobro..

Angie Beaubouef

In addition to her dynamic lead and harmony vocals, Angie brings a wealth of musical and performance experience. An award-winning Texas singer/song- writer, Angie has shared the stage with such nationally recognized artists as Clint Black, Kitty Wells, Riders in the Sky, and Sons of the Pioneers. When White Dove added Angie to their line-up, the already highly charged group became a powerhouse. Angie's strongest musical influence has been her father, who played country music in Texas all through her childhood. Angie plays mandolin, guitar, upright bass, and 5-sting banjo.

Bill Gravett

Bill cut his banjo teeth listening to Dave Guard of the Kingston Trio. Then he studied the banjo of Earl Scruggs and added that to his style. Never one to be content with his progress, Bill then studied under Kerry Jones, the founder and leader of Classical Grass. Needless to say, Bill's banjo not only stands out as a featured instrument, but adds volumes as a back-up instrument. Bill is a retired NASA engineer who worked in Mission Control throughout the Apollo progam.

                      Jim Glenn

One of the most recent additions to the group, Jim adds to the sound by adding another dimension through his vocals and guitar work.  Jim brings not only a traditional bluegrass influence to the music, but his aggressive rhythm on guitar keeps the drive of the group going strong.

                              Ben Sims

As the newest member of the group, Ben brings his talents in as acoustic bass, guitar and mandolin player.  His work on the bass will continue to supercharge the band.  His high tenor voice will be working it's way into the music as well.  He and Angie will be playing "musical instruments" in the sets.
